I’m a retired Army officer with 29 years of service. A retired Government worker with over 38 years of service. I’m a brother, a husband, a father, a grandfather. I have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, concentrating in Environmental Engineering. I have a Masters in Business Administration. I am a level three certified Program Manager, a level three certified System Engineer, and a level two certified Facilities Engineer. My hobbies include hiking, bicycling, woodworking, and anything that is a gadget.
